Strawberry Cheesecake Pound Cake

A rich, buttery pound cake swirled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries!

Ingredients:
For the Pound Cake:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs, room temperature

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Β½ tsp salt

1 cup buttermilk (or whole milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened

Β½ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Glaze (Optional):

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk or strawberry puree

Β½ tsp vanilla extract
