Not everyone has their own garden to create a root clamp. That’s why we’ve put together a few tips on how to make your potatoes last longer anyway.
If you have a larger balcony, you can try creating a root clamp using so-called potato sacks – these are special bags specifically designed for growing and storing potatoes in small spaces.
If you don’t have a balcony either, we recommend storing your potatoes in a dark, dry, and not too warm place inside your home. This will help prevent the tubers from rotting prematurely.
