Slow Cooker Creamy Alfredo Pasta
Step 1: Combine ingredients
In your slow cooker, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
Step 2: Add butter & chicken
Stir in butter and diced chicken, if using.
Step 3: Add pasta
Break the fettuccine in half and add it to the slow cooker, ensuring itβs fully submerged.
Step 4: Cook
Cover and cook on low for 2β3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and sauce creamy.
Step 5: Serve
Stir well before serving so the pasta is fully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
