Slow Cooker Candied Carrots
Instructions
1. Prepare the carrots
Place the baby carrots evenly in the slow cooker.
2. Make the glaze
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
3. Coat the carrots
Pour the glaze over the carrots. Stir gently to coat them evenly.
4. Cook
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, or until the carrots are tender and fully coated in glaze.
5. Add vanilla
Stir in vanilla extract just before serving.
6. Garnish and serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.
