Sherry’s Blueberry Cream Cheese Crumb Cake

1. Make the Crumb Topping
Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

3. Make the Cake Batter
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.

Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.

4. Layer and Bake
Spread cake batter in a greased 9×13-inch pan.

Dollop cream cheese mixture on top and swirl gently.

Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the cake.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

5. Cool and Serve
Best served slightly warm. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
