Plum cake with cinnamon streusel – so delicious!
Preparation:
First, simply knead all the ingredients from the flour to the baking powder into a smooth dough. Then place it in a springform pan and press it up to form a rim.

Now top with the pitted, halved plums.
Next, knead the ingredients from the flour to the cinnamon into streusel (crumb topping) and sprinkle over the cake.
Bake at 200 °C for half an hour. Enjoy!
