Baked Bacon Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls

A delicious fusion of creamy, spicy jalapeño popper filling wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers and baked to golden perfection. Perfect as an appetizer or snack!

12 egg roll wrappers

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 large jalapeños, seeded and finely diced

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Sheet

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until fully combined.

Assemble the Egg Rolls

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape (one corner facing you).

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center.
