Mixing bay leaves, rosemary and olive oil: If only I had known this earlier

Preparation:

Crush 5 to 7 dried bay leaves until finely ground.

Strip the leaves from two rosemary sprigs and measure one tablespoon.

Place the bay leaf and rosemary into a glass container or pot.

Add the olive oil.

Heat the mixture in a water bath over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it steep overnight.

Strain the oil and pour it into a glass container for storage.

How to Use:

Apply a small amount of the oil to the painful areas and gently massage it in to stimulate blood circulation and enhance absorption.
For best results, apply this treatment every evening for at least one week before going to bed.

Therapeutic Uses:

This infused oil is effective in relieving:

Joint pain (knees, shoulders, spine)

Back problems (lower back pain, herniated discs, sciatica)

Inflammatory conditions (arthritis, rheumatism, gout)

Varicose veins and capillary fragility

Bruises and sprains

This natural remedy helps restore flexibility to stiff joints and offers a gentle way to improve your daily well-being.
