Preheat Oven & Prep Sauce: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is well combined.
Assemble & Bake: Place the 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Cook & Serve: Bake the chicken for 45 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the topping is golden brown. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C). Serve warm and enjoy!
