Homemade onion tart slices – warm or cold, always a true delight
Ingredients:
250 g flour
125 g butter or margarine
1 egg
2 tbsp water
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
500 g onions
150 g bacon cubes (optional vegetarian: smoked tofu)
200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
