Heavenly White Snack Cake Recipe

Step 1 – Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan, or line with parchment paper.

Step 2 – Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3 – Cream Butter & Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).

Step 4 – Add Egg Whites & Vanilla
Add egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract.

Step 5 – Combine
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.

Begin and end with the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.

Step 6 – Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

Step 7 – Make the Frosting
Beat butter until creamy.

Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low speed.

Stir in vanilla extract and add cream (or milk) 1 tablespoon at a time until fluffy and spreadable.

Step 8 – Frost & Serve
Spread frosting evenly over the cooled cake.

Slice into squares and serve.
