Fresh Cucumber Lemonade

Preparation:

Puree the cucumbers in a blender until smooth.

Strain the cucumber puree through a fine sieve into a pitcher.

Add the lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to the pitcher and stir well.

Add cold water and mix thoroughly.
