French Onion Meatloaf
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with onions, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika powder, mustard, and parsley. Knead well and form into a loaf.
Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sear the meatloaf on all sides until browned. Then remove it from the pan.
Add the vegetable broth, tomato paste, and flour to the roasting pan, stir well, and place the meatloaf back into the pan.
Cover the roasting pan with a lid and let the meatloaf simmer in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 60 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the pan, slice it, and serve with the sauce.
