Four Ingredient Nougat Bars
Step 1: Prepare Marshmallow Mixture
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the marshmallows and melted butter. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, until marshmallows are soft and puffy. Stir until smooth.
Step 2: Melt White Chocolate
In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Combine Ingredients
Pour the melted white chocolate into the marshmallow mixture. Stir until thick and sticky.
Step 4: Add Gumdrops
Gently fold in the gumdrops until evenly distributed.
Step 5: Form the Bars
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Spread the nougat mixture evenly, pressing it flat with a spatula.
Step 6: Chill and Set
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
Step 7: Slice and Serve
Lift the nougat out of the dish using the parchment paper. Slice into bars or squares with a sharp knife.
