Binding & Flavor:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Coating:
2 tbsp crushed buttery crackers
Finishing:
