Epic Beef Nachos Supreme Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook beef filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.

Assemble nachos: Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture evenly over the chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake: Place in oven for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Top & serve: Add desired toppings such as jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
