2 large onions, sliced into rings
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp baking powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
