Creamy Garlic Chicken

Season the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Aromatics
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and lightly softened.

Return Chicken to Skillet
Place the seared chicken breasts back into the skillet.

Add Sauce Ingredients
Pour in lemon juice, chicken broth, milk cream, and nutmeg. Stir gently to combine.

Simmer
Cover and let simmer for about 25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Serve
Serve hot, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce. Pair with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
