Baked Cauliflower – Better Than Meat! Crispy & Simply Delicious!

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F), top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easier.

2. Prepare the cauliflower:
Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. If some pieces are too large, cut them smaller to ensure even roasting.

3. Season the cauliflower:
Place the florets in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. If you’re using Parmesan, add it now and mix well to coat evenly.

4. Roast the cauliflower:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and tender.

5. Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Enjoy as a main dish, a side, or a healthy snack!
