Air Fried Apple Wedges Caramel

Ingredients
→ Apple Wedges
3 large apples, such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, sliced into wedges
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ Caramel Whipped Cream Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra caramel sauce for drizzling, optional
Steps

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Toss apple wedges with melted butter in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, then evenly coat the apples with the mixture.

Arrange coated apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through, until apples are tender and lightly crisp.

In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in caramel sauce and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.

Transfer warm apple wedges to a serving plate. Serve with caramel whipped cream dipping sauce on the side and drizzle additional caramel over the apples if desired.
