Spelt bread with 100 g of yogurt that I bake every week!
Ingredients:
250 g water
10 g fresh yeast (1/4 cube)
350 g wheat flour (type 550)
150 g spelt flour
100 g Greek yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
