60 g sour cream
40 g mayonnaise
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced

Prep & Preheat:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
Grease a baking dish lightly with oil.
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spring onions.
Layer the Bake:
Arrange potato slices in the baking dish.
Pour a portion of the egg mixture over the potatoes.
Add a layer of tomato and sausage slices, then sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
Repeat layers, finishing with the remaining egg mixture.
Top with grated Parmesan.
Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove, add remaining sausage slices on top, and bake for another 20 minutes until golden.
Make the Sauce:
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cucumber, garlic, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve:
Let the bake cool slightly, then serve with the herb sour cream sauce on the side.
